HIRING CRITERIA

I. For Supervisor:

a) Filipino Citizen and of good moral character
b) Pleasing personality
c) At least college level and with least one (1) year experience
d) Physically and mentally fit
e) Not less than 25 yrs of age and not more than 45 yrs old
f) With communication skills


II. For Janitors/tress:

a) Filipino Citizen and of good moral character
b) Pleasing personality
c) At least high school graduate
d) Physically and mentally fit
e) Not less than 18 yrs of age and not more than 35 yrs old
f) Cleared by law enforcement or police agencies and without previous record of any conviction of a criminal offense involving moral turpitude


III. For Skilled/Semi-Skilled Clerical/Encoder

a) Filipino Citizen and of good moral character
b) Pleasing personality
c) At least college graduate
d) Physically and mentally fit
e) Not less than 18 yrs of age and not more than 35 yrs old
f) Cleared by law enforcement or police agencies and without previous record of any conviction of a criminal offense involving moral turpitude


IV. Documents to be presented:

a) Certificate/Diploma from school graduated
b) NBI Clearance
c) Birth Certificate
d) Medical/Physical examinations
e) X-ray examination
f) Certificate of Good Moral Character
g) SSS ID
h) Barangay Clearance
i) Passed psycho test conducted by CBII
j) Drug Test Certificate
k) Employment Certificate

TRAINING PROCEDURE

1) Briefing/Orientation Seminars
2) On the job training (OJT) for fifteen (15) days

• - Use and application of chemicals
• - Equipment Usage
• - System of cleaning
• - Technical know how

3) Performance evaluation to be conducted after one month.
